When will my order arrive?
Your order is most likely going to arrive in approximately 2 weeks depending on your shipping address location. Depending on time of year this can occasionally go slightly over.

What are the colors on the back of the cushions?
Most of our cushions are 2-sided, but if not, it will say in the description.

What are the cushion sizes?
The size options for all products are in the drop down menu near quantities when purchasing.

Do you charge for delivery? We mail for free world-wide!

Where is my order? After placing your order, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. If you don't know your tracking number, please visit our Contact Us page and request an order update. We will then ask for your order number via email and we will go from here!

Can you ship your products anywhere in the world? We ship to most countries. Sadly we cannot control things like inter-country disputes and acts of nature.

Are the cushions machine washable? Yes! They are safe to machine wash but do not bleach. Wash separately in cold water.

Are the cushions waterproof? No, they are not. However, they do always look beautiful outdoors. Just be sure to bring them back in when the rain comes!
