Do you offer express or rush shipping?
Currently, we offer standard shipping only. However, because we ship from local warehouses, your order often arrives faster than traditional international shipping anyway!
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, or if it's been significantly longer than the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We'll investigate and make it right!
Do you ship to PO boxes or military addresses?
Yes! We can ship to most PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that delivery times may vary for these locations.
